BORER CONSULTING is a consultancy firm dedicated to change management. Our work can be divided into two pillars: Corporate finance and management consulting.

Despite the clear distinction of what we do, there are various interdependencies between the two fields. On the one hand, decisions on financial and ownership structures are often followed to triggered by a change in the strategic direction and the underlying operations, which requires an integrated perspective on the problem. On the other hand, it is often the case that fundamental strategic devisions and their operational implementations can be supported by the set-up of appropriate financial structures. These interdependencies make us a valuable partner in times of corporate change.
